ATLAS COPCO OSW110 OIL WATER CONDENSATE SEPARATOR
Used to handle condensate discharged from compressed air systems.
Legally, condensate from compressed air systems must be treated as hazardous waste and disposal costs associated with this are high. However, if the condensate is treated, then the water part can be discharged into the drainage system and then only the oil part needs to be disposed of correctly.
We have completely stripped this in our works, given it a good clean out & fitted a new set of carbon bags & pre filters (Genuine OEM).
It also has an integral thermostatically controlled heater, to enable use outside during the winter, with no freezing of condensate.

ATLAS COPCO USED CD100 DESICCANT AIR DRYER (100 l/s / 210 cfm)
How it Works:-
This Air Compressor dryer consists of two vessels filled with desiccant material. The compressed air passes through the first vessel and the water vapor is adsorbed by the desiccant. A small amount of the dry air leaving this
vessel is used to regenerate the desiccant in the other vessel; i.e. - it removes the water vapor from the desiccant.
Before the desiccant of the the first vessel is saturated, a valve system
controlled by an integral timer switches the air flow, then the other vessel will dry the compressed air while the first vessel is regenerated.
