Airia Compressed Air Solutions have recently secured an order to supply and install an Atlas Copco High Pressure Nitrogen Skid 7. This amazing piece of equipemnt enables onsite nitrogen generation to feed the latest in fibre laser cutting technology.
The customer, who specialises in sheet metal was using a whole bank of bottled nitrogen every 4 hours to laser cut parts. Installation of the skid package has resulted in the customer saving countless thousands per annum!
Skid 7 is a “plug and play” full compressed air installation. Comes complete with air treatment equipment, nitrogen generator & booster. Contains all necessary vessels and controllers mounted on one compact, pre-commissioned skid running up to 300 bar.
